Friendly staff who seemed to know everyone who came in

Went in yesterday for a coffee... Stood waiting whilst the server filled up the paper cups section... . Told me she wouldn't be too long... Then said if I sat down she would shout when it was ready. She did. Coffee in a paper cup. I said I hadn't ordered take away. The dishwasher is broken and there is a sign on the till saying take out cups only. I hadn't seen the sign or been advised by the man taking my order and cash. She was very rude and no apology at all. Ruined a nice catch up with a friend. Won't be back

We were in costa blaydon 19.12.24. The whole place was a total shambles. I had to move 4 trays from the table we sat at there was no clean tables at all. There was no crockery or cutlery it was takeaway only. The floors were littered with paper and napkins and I had to go to find a clean loo elsewhere. The young staff were complaining about being tired and can't be bothered (very obvious) If it was busy I could understand but it was quiet when we were in (12.30pm) We are very very regular costa visitors this is by far the worst we have used. The whole place needs a good clean and proper management.

My little grandson loves to come to Costa BLAYDON on a Saturday as he comes to see his friends and his girlfriend Becky who is lush.All the staff are very friendly and polite and nothing is a problem.

The staff are always very lovely and friendly. I?m a regular at this Costa (I get the same thing every time), so they know what I want each time. Especially one of them, who is very nice and always asks how I am. However, this Costa location looks very outdated compared to other Costa's. The chairs, decorations and other thing have been the same since it first opened in Blaydon. It is well over-due for a renovation. But, that?s my only complaint.

This place looks unloved and a little tired definitely in need of a refurb. Staff were helpful and friendly, coffee decent and cakes as expected. Met a work colleague there but had to move tables due to some blissfully unaware members of the public having speaker phone conversations very loudly.

Ess ? What a gob she has on her, customers raise their ibrows,lose her and gain popularity.Parking: Good clean store,but rat infested in drive in area,near the bin store.Wheelchair accessibility: Well space out,and disable parking.
