Went in yesterday for a coffee... Stood waiting whilst the server filled up the paper cups section... . Told me she wouldn't be too long... Then said if I sat down she would shout when it was ready. We were in costa blaydon 19.12.24. The whole place was a total shambles. I had to move 4 trays from the table we sat at there was no clean tables at all. There was no crockery or cutlery it was takeaway only. The floors were littered with paper and napkins and I had to go to find a clean loo elsewhere. The young staff were... read full comment
