The staff are always friendly, welcoming, polite and will help in anyway they can. I really look forward to going to the shop for the staff alone and the cards are very reasonably priced as are the gifts. Well done a fantastic team

Visited the Blaydon store today and because I wasn?t wearing a mask was refused entry . Assistant behind counter was very rude and asked to see a card to say I was exempt then argued with me until I left . Terrible customer service won?t be using again

Good for cheap cards .. Not very disable friendly .. Some staff helpful depending on how busy they are .. Aisles are narrow ....
