The whole process from start to finish was faultless. Staff are so knowledgeable and ensure that your bed is going to be perfect for you. Very quick delivery and assembled by lovely, polite staff in the room of your choice at home. The bed itself is high quality and exactly what I asked for, couldn?t be happier!! Would 100% recommend! What a lovely group of people....despite not really knowing what we wanted and taking so much time deciding, nothing was a bother. Sue was very informative with prices and ranges available. Had a bit of a chat with Chris the owner too who was equally patient while we decided. I'm sure we will be back at some point in the future.

Moved into the area recently and needed a new bed. Tried here and another local bed shop, both really helpful but these guys really went the extra mile so decided to buy my bed from here. Thanks again guys!

This is the second bed we have bought from this store. We popped in one Sunday and were immediately impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant. Determined to shop around, though, we went on to the retail park at the Metrocentre and to Team Valley only to return to Bedsforu to make our purchase. They really are genuine family firm who know what they are doing. They have a great selection of really stylish beds and mattresses to suit all budgets. We saw the same mattresses in other stores on the same day for over a £100 more! Buying our bed and arranging delivery couldn't have been simpler, and the two lads who delivered our bed today provided exceptional customer service. Our 17 year old daughter is thrilled to bits with her new bed so thank you, Bedsforudirect - we will definitely be back!

Great customer service from Jean Robinson. We bought a bed and mattress from Beds4U to be delivered before Xmas .
There was an issue with the manufacturer and Jean was able to fix everything to our complete satisfaction.
Have already started recommending friends and family to buy any new beds from Beds4U Blaydon, Newcastle.

Great service and help choosing mattresses. Delivery service was great too, the guys were prompt, friendly and took the mattresses up to the bedrooms.
