I can't see what the issue is. I've had nothing but good service from this pharmacy. The staff have gone out of their way to help me on every occasion. Hence 5 stars.

Asked to see pharmacist, told to wait. Waited for 10 minutes and then walked out. Wasn't busy, felt ignored.

Very unprofessional service, I was told I would get a text/call the next day regarding medication but nothing and when I called them after 3 days. I was told we called your GP and they sent the medication elsewhere as GP prescription excess quantity.

If I could give a zero rating I would..my doctor sent the prescription 56 hours ago and yet I arrive and it?s not ready.. Jen the assistant was very obnoxious and unhelpful .. I will escalate complaints further and this distribution chemist should be avoided.

Why is your phone always off the hook? - patients need to ask questions about their prescriptions? - I know you are busy but that isn?t good practice, you need more staff if you can?t answer the phone, really frustrating.

Tried to ring before going there phone line doesn't work, was told at 8.30pm by pharmacist they wouldn't help with my UTI because they only have 30mins of work left, if using this pharmacy make sure you don't go first thing probably intrupt there breakfast, don't go at lunch and don't go 30mins before close may aswell only open for 4 hours a day
