I used to buy stuff from here all the time. In the past one or two years the shop has been very ran down. The artwork section hasn't been updated for a very very long time and the frames section was a mess. Especially the big frames section was as if someone had randomly dumped stuff there with no care, dinged, scratched and broken frames. I had to pull all the ones I was interested in, to pick the ones that were half decent. I shouldn't have to do that.

This is a strange place. I visited last week out of bordom (doing dry January). I thought I'd buy a lamp, which then had to be returned yesterday because it was already smashed. They didn't have a replacement, so I bought a different one.Place is like poundstretchers but with less staff, so great if you want to stand in a long queue just to fill your day.

Xmas decoration shopping for outdoor lights, plenty of options to choose but a lot of stock had already sold out. Some bits discounted and we picked up. a few pieces that were what we needed. Busy store today.

Great store in general, but I wanted 2 items in Xmas and couldn't find staff. Went to the till, they called for staff 3 times until someone appeared. The till staff were not pleasant and had horrible attitudes, which let the store down.

Andrew at the Benton store was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly and when the store didn?t have exactly what I was looking for, he offered an alternative product and explained how to use it. Credit to the store thank you Andrew!
