Huge Bookies in Woking. Plenty of screen to view different sports. Setting is comfortable and plush. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that lets this place down are the toilets... awful. Still a nice place to pop in and have a break whilst shopping. Loads of car parks and a train station near by

THIS SHOP IS A BAD ONE, THE STAFF HAVE NO INTEREST IN THE RACING THEY HAVE THE VOLUME WAY TO LOW SO NO ONE CAN BARELY HERE THE COMMENTARY, THE MAIN MEMBER OF STAFF IS BOB HE IS INCOMPETENT IRRITATING AND BASICALY PATHETIC, STRONGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS SHOP IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE NO STARS AT ALL, ONCE AGAIN STRONGLY ADVISE GIVING THIS SHOP THE SWERVE.

The staff in this shop are discusting, there manners are very poor ,the slightest complaint they will bar you for nothing.
Strongly do not recommend this shop,if you make a complaint to customer services they always uphold the staff.there are two guys behind the counter Jason & Steve,they always have the volume to the commentary so low you can barely here it, most the time it is switched off,they have no interest in the racing at all and the atmosphere is horrible.
More recently the staff pre mentioned have since either left or been sacked but dont think it has improved because the staff are no better there is a guy called bob he is useless at his job and although they have tried to improve the shop it remains a shop to avoid.
