Went in to choose some books with my 7yr old. I asked one of the staff if she had any ideas of what he should read next. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging. She had a lovely chat with my son about the books he?d read and what he liked. We came away with some exciting new books.

The staff are so helpful and friendly. I've always found that they are happy to take time to look up books, try to answer requests and assist with enquiries. They have a nice selection of board games as well as books, and it's always clean and tidy.

Friendly and very helpful staff. They usually have the book you want and if not they can get it quickly and also make suggestions. I know it sounds odd but I also love the smell of the store. You walk in and it smells like books. As a reader, I love this!

Plenty of book choices and quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Not sure about the closing hours though? In the email I received about my click and collect, they said they closed at 8pm but Google said they closed at 6pm? Rushed over when I saw the closing times as I got directions to the store. Glad I wasn't chased away! My friend and I ended up buying like 8 books in total because I found a series I was looking for.My experience may be quite different from others as I went around the end of the year and it was quite late so please take my review with that context.
