Went in to choose some books with my 7yr old. I asked one of the staff if she had any ideas of what he should read next. She was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and engaging. She had a lovely chat with my son about the books he’d read and what he liked. We came away with some exciting new books.

Very good selection also for early years and thoughtful gifts for little ones, glad there is a Waterstones in Woking :-)

The staff are so helpful and friendly. I've always found that they are happy to take time to look up books, try to answer requests and assist with enquiries. They have a nice selection of board games as well as books, and it's always clean and tidy.
