I was having vision disturbances and was worried. Vision Express Woking made room for me in their schedule, made a diagnosis and arranged for me to go to hospital for urgent treatment. Their prompt action save the sight in my eye. What more can I say but THANK YOU!

They told my daughter that she wore glasses, she has never worn glasses. Seriously unsure they had the correct notes on the screen. Such a shame, this branch used to be brilliant. Both myself & husband use them but certainly with new staff it has gone down hill.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No regard to timing. Never call back. Order items and dont know what has happened and cannot answer where the item is. Rude approach. Gone downhill since they have been taken over. Dont bother calling back! Sad.
