I stayed with my daughter over Christmas for 1 week with our little dog. The room we were given was small with no storage other than our suitcase! It was lucky we only had a small dog and not a labrador! I tried to change rooms but was told they are all the same size. We decided to make the best of it.The room was clean at least. We never slept a whole night while we were there. Inconsiderate guests coming and going all through the night till breakfast. Our dog grumbled and growled and barked every time as she found it u settling. No one at reception was interested.Won't be staying there again!

Great location close to the station, nice rooms with a decent size desk and a comfortable bed, good food, friendly staff.Room service though... I lived here for two weeks with prepaid dinner. During that time several times I couldn't order food I wanted, cause out of ~20 dishes they had only 3 left. They refused to seek any compromise (e.g. offer me few cheaper sides instead, or even a more expensive option as you would expect from the business that mistreated their customer) and just said their usual "we're sorry, but it's your problem that we ran out of food".Also, during these two weeks, room service never changed my bedding or did any cleaning in the room - it appears they were only changing towels / toilet roll.So it's a great place to stay for a day or two, but not longer!Rooms: Rooms good. Shower has inconsistent temperature ranging from very hot to lukewarm, but it didn't bother me much. What did bother me was that during two weeks I stayed here, I haven't had bedding changed even once and 'room service' was limited to bringing fresh towels and toilet roll.Walkability: Very close to the Woking station and bus stop for the LHR.Food & drinks: I actually really liked their food. Unfortunately, several times during my stay I wasn't able to order my preferred dish as they were constantly running out of 80% of their menu items.

First of all the lifts didn?t work? so I had too carry all my stuff up three flights of stairs. Then I got all set up in my room went too take a shower it was ice cold? Then I had too go up and down the stairs so many times to get this sorted out! Then they moved our room, the room was so unbelievably hot the heater had been left on Max for, I don?t know how long! It was boiling, so I had too sit with my door open for about an hour with all the guests looking in my room. Then we go too breakfast it was undercooked and disgusting there was no cups, fruit or pancakes, everything was taking for ever to come out.Very disappointing when you just want too have a little treat too you?re self it would of been nicer too stay at home then waste almost £100!! I don?t think I?ll be staying here again!Rooms: They were okFood & drinks: Not the greatest

Reception staff are great, they go the extra mile. The breakfast is fine, however it's a pity they don't have gluten free bread. The evening meal especially Arabians is love. It's a shame that the rooms aren't serviced every day, I spoke to a receptionist who said the decision was made not to service the room, however, now that we are meant to be living with Covid surely rooms should be cleaned every dayOverall a nice stay, 9 out of 10

My Travelodge stay,The Room,Booked a family room on the second floor, room was clean and fresh. Very spacious with lots of room around the beds.Had the window open most of the night, had a room looking over the road. Loud cars roaring up the road all night, this could be heard with the window closed as well. A single socket wasn't working in our room, couldn't plug anything into it. The bed had USB plugs on either side to make it easy and convenient to charge phones etc.The keycards are temperamental, can stop working anytime of the day. We were told that the magnet on phones or even cards can interfere with it from working. Went to reception to have the keycard reprogrammed 4 times, still wouldn't work for our room. In the end we had to get the kind man from reception to try and let us in. He then came back to our room to give us a working keycard, had no problems after this.Breakfast,Breakfast was good on every morning we attended. Hot and cold food available as well as a coffee machine which was lovely. The food was good quality and enjoyable, worth paying extra to have this added on.Parking,Parking is a first come first serve basis at the back of the hotel. 24 hours or more costs £5.15 paying via the horizon app or the pay machines on site. Once paid you will then have to input your reg on the tablet in reception. I thought this was a good value and had a space for my car every night we were at the hotel.Nearby attractions/ things to do,Location of this hotel is ideal. Direct train to London from the woking station just over the road. Can walk into woking to visit the shopping centre and many restaurants. In the middle of the main Merlin theme parks, Thorpe Park, Legoland and Chessington. This is great for families as they are all close to the hotel.Staff,The staff were polite and helpful with any problems that we had. Check in and check out was easy, had no issues with anyone.Overall I think this is a great place to stay and a nice hotel to stay in

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location. Stayed over a couple of nights and recieved great service, wasn't the cheapest Travelodge but literally a 1 minute walk to the station, and 2 minutes to the town give this place a fantastic location. Rooms and modern and clean, with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and space in the room. Parking is easy and car park is moderately large. £5 for 24 hours parking is acceptable too.Rooms: Large modern rooms, comfortable bed and a good shower. Plenty of space although not a full wardrobe.Walkability: 1 minute from the station to London, 2 minutes via the subway to the town centre, amazing!

Room super clean, bed comfy. Location good as close to train station, there is traffic noise but they do make this clear at time of booking.

I give up on Travelodge TV.We all know how frequently we have to retune Freeview channels at home.In the absence of a retune option, the available channels are years out of date.None existent and out of tune channels will not play at all.
