I?ve just been to tkmaxx in Woking and I can not believe the way I was treated by one of the workers she was wearing a hijab and a abaya luckily I only came in to collect something. The way she approached me was extremely rude she didnt even say hello to me she had a horrible attitude and after she gave me the parcel I said thank you to her which she didn?t even respond and she walked away without saying a word to me I had to scream you?re welcome but even then she didn?t even turn around I have NEVER in my life been treated with such disrespect I won?t be going back to that place while she?s still working there I really hope she leaves cause as I said I have never in my life been treated like this and the reason why I didn?t call a manager it?s because I was on my lunch break and I didn?t have time I did mention it to one of the ladies that was at the till so I hope she mentions it to the manager.

Customer service was awful at this store I've had much better experiences in our TK Maxx stores the lady that served me was rude and texting the whole time on her phone while serving me. Won't be going back there again.

I was present during this incident last week and witnessed everything firsthand while standing in line behind the family. Contrary to Mr. Ahmed?s misleading claims, the situation was entirely of his own making. He attempted to return a heavily used item (a flask that appeared weeks old) and became argumentative when rightly refused. Meanwhile, his wife failed to supervise their child, resulting in the child?s fall?a clear case of neglectful parenting. Shockingly, Mr. Ahmed showed more concern over a £7 refund than his own child?s wellbeing.
The manager acted with exceptional professionalism and kindness, immediately checking on the child and de-escalating the situation. There was no racism whatsoever?only Mr. Ahmed?s attempts to gaslight and deflect blame. His narcissistic tendency to play the victim while ignoring his family?s own irresponsible behavior is appalling. Social services should indeed review this neglectful incident, CCTV footage of the incident would be in favour of TK Maxx in court.
TK Maxx staff handled the matter perfectly. I urge others to disregard Mr. Ahmed?s dishonest review, which grossly distorts the truth. The manager served me afterwards as they left and I congratulated her caring, professional handling of the situation personally.

One of the worst retail experiences I've ever had ? not just in terms of customer service, but sheer negligence and discriminatory behaviour. I visited TK Maxx Woking to return a faulty item, as instructed by their customer service team, and was met by a hostile, unprofessional, and blatantly racist manager. She refused to even inspect the product, spoke rudely, and clearly lacked basic training or respect for customers.
During this ordeal, my infant child fell and hit his head in-store, and unbelievably, not one staff member came over to check if he was okay. This is a serious failure of their legal duty of care and raises serious concerns about how they are allowed to operate.
What makes this worse is that this particular manager has been repeatedly named in other reviews for similar behaviour. TK Maxx has ignored these patterns and dismissed our formal complaint without any accountability or resolution.
If you care about safety, respect, and basic human decency ? avoid this store. TK Maxx as a company should be ashamed of the way this location is run.

Horrible, rude and racist staff member. Don't have any manner. Wanted to return something they didnt even want to listen to me instead said we are closing in 10 mintues come back tomorrow!! I felt disgusted. I will not go to this store again and discourage everyone to visit this store.

Being a single mum I visit this store often to get my boy a little toy or myself a candle as a treat after Rhyme Time at the library or after soft play. A couple of times I have been in there is one staff member who is extremely rude and seems to always be on the till. This morning my son picked a toy plane that said 4.99 on it. Admittedly he tore the sticky label off however the price was still visible, just the barcode could not scan. This lady insisted the toy was 7.99 and basically made me out to be a liar, even though 4.99 was clearly visible! I was embarrassed and actually quite emotional. I put my foot down and spoke to a manager who did sell it at the price, which was 4.99! However I left feeling really rubbish and flustered. Horrible experience and service. Will not be visiting again.

Store entrance located in basement of the Peacock Centre with Parking. Spent 2 hours shopping around the store. Very clean and great layout. Especially love the homeware in the store. Friendly staff on shop floor. Was served by Maria who went above and beyond to help me with my Treasure card. I spoke to the manager to relay about great customer service. Very helpful management that work there. Will be back in soon!!

Staff members very rude . A lady named Maria was very rude towards me she claimed to be the manager . I was trying to make a return of 2 pairs of pillows with duck feathers I didn?t knew they had like a natural smell . She was insisting telling me to wash them but i didn?t want them because I bought somewhere else than continued making assumption that the pillows were being used and she didn?t returned them . And this wasn?t the first time it?s been fourth time that I?ve been served by her she is always rude and racist . I am a daily customer buying everyday small things but they don?t care very rude and not helpful and also racist.

I?ve always enjoyed shopping at this store, but recently there's a new staff member whose English isn?t very fluent. The old lady is very rude and makes customers want to leave the store. I could see the unhappy faces of the customers before me and didn?t know why but when it?s my turn, I feel so shock! She never smiles (it seems like everyone has upset her, or she isn?t happy with her job at all), treats customers like criminals, and is extremely unhelpful! I don't understand why, but the staff used to be much nicer here! Why on earth was she hired?

Well stocked and simple enough to find what I needed. Friendly checkout staff and not crazy busy so reasonable time queuing.
