Connor at the Woking Peacocks branch was awesome. I had ridiculous quotes for a car key replacement from the main dealer (£350) and alternative suppliers weren't much less. He took the key off me and replaced the relevant parts. Tested it and replaced the battery all for £15. The reduced money of course helped but his can do attitude and hasslefree experience exceeded all expectations. Well done Connor and Zoe. Highly recommend.

Samantha the manager has always given me tremendous service whenever ive needed something done. Very quick turnaround the store is always clean and you can tell she has a bond with her customers that's truly unique in retail. She is an asset to the store and to the company.

I have just taken passport photos at Timpson peacock Centre woking and the gentleman who served me couldn?t cut my passport photos to size,said the machine wasn?t working and asked me to go and use scissors to cut them,when I told him I was?nt that perfect. He told me he?s not perfect either, said they are still photos,he wasn?t any kind at all. Not happy.

Shout out and thanks to Lee 2242 Woking Peacock Centre ( opens at 9am weekdays)for excellent customer service, like we used to get in the old days.
Another Timpson branch knocked off a time marker from the face to the second hand which halted the mechanism while replacing the battery under guarantee. Lee not only sorted out the problem right away, but spent time giving my very old Sekonda watch a much needed thorough internal clean up showing and explaining to me what he was doing. And didn't charge me a penny for doing so.

I visited timpson in wolsey walk to day,a kind man offer her service and time kindly he did not charge me. For a service fixed my sunglass tiny screw and put the sunglass together again.

I had two winter boots fixed end of last Winter in late Feb before I moth balled them. I opened them this winter and have not used them more than couple of times when both of them came apart exactly where they had been repaired. I went in to the shop and was explaining this to Sam, who kindly said she would fix it again for a slightly lower price. Miguel who overheard our conversation started to tell me that it is only my word that I have used ita few times and he could not as a company they could not take what customers said. I said, that is fine, but as a customer I know what has happened and am dissatisfied with the quality of work last time. He started to then raise his voice and repeatedly told me that he would not take my word. I had to say to him, that this is fine but behaving like this also means that you will be loosing customers. Other people had started to queue up by now and it was quite embarrassing on how he was speaking to me.I just left with the token the lady gave me who told me return in an hour. When I did, only Miguel was there, he did not even look up from what he was doing and just said, your boots are not ready yet. Come back and try in half an hour. It was appalling how he talked to me again. I just went away. I got call in about 20 minutes to say that my boots were ready. Sam was alone this time. She was very apologetic for what had happened. If it was not for this very kind lady I would have given zero or 1 star here and never ever think of going back to Timpson.

I needed two extra holes punched in my son's belt, so went to Timpson, where the very helpful man did it straight away. When i went to pay he refused, saying it was free of charge as it had only taken him 2 minutes. Very pleasantly surprised, and I know where I'll being going for shoe repairs in the future!

Top service!! I am really pleased with my experience. Took a pair of trainers to fix there. Usually trainers are a bit of a challenge to fix. But John had a look and told me right away that he could fix them and that they should be ready in 1 hour. Collected them, and now they?re as good as new.
