Make sure you get a receipt when getting a refund.Been waiting for a refund to reach my bank account for several weeks now and customer service have told me there is no record of a refund for my items I ordered online. fortunately I asked for a receipt.Without one the works don't want to know anything.

Very reasonably priced, and we always find what we need here for arts and crafts

Reasonably priced craft basics in a convenient location. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They even have a large variety of wooden boxes, which I was recently disappointed to find a larger, popular craft store doesn't carry. So don't pass this place over just because it's a small shop. It's packed with lots of great stuff!

Lovely, affordable art and craft goodies. I like their guache paints for small projects and for cheap sketchbooks for my kids. Really good for creative gift-giving.

Formerly The Works bookshop, they decided to go more down the arts and crafts route. Im still not entirely sure if I prefer the bookshop..,but I do like the crafts. There are still books, but mainly craft related. Good for childrenâ??s craft kit type presents too.
