Was really not happy I came in with a young girl chewing her gum sat down and looked very confused when I came in I asked for a certain perfume and the lady did not wanna help me she said I?m better off going to boots but it was for my son I?ve came in many times before and was brilliant not happy at all with this then she had a friend came in speaking in a different accent looking at me ?

Came to have a look at a perfume I've been wondering about for a while. The lady who served me was very friendly, I didn't catch her name but she was wearing a hijab. Took the time to speak to me and even gave me reassurance when I mentioned recent events in my life. Will definitely be back after my work bonus to purchase said perfume!

Popped in on off chance to find a new fragrance as I struggle to find scents that work. Jina was brilliant very helpful and informative she went above customer service to help. She price matched the aftershave and gave me a 10 percent discount, even gave advice on other similar fragrances. A very good employee shame we don't get this level of service in our area. Thanks Jina :)

I visited your store in Woking at around 3.20pm today on 16th Feb 2024.I was shocked to see the behaviour of one of your staff member with a head scarf. Very rude behaviour and intimidating as well.I came there along with my partner with an intention to buy a gift, but unfortunately, her behaviour has now made that store a no-go place for me.That lady started bashing my partner out of nowhere and was in a complete shock to experience this. I wonder what's the company policy to employ people who actually are a face of your name.

I went in there with the intention of buying some perfumes. But the two girls were not that interested in serving customers. I asked about products and was laughed at and given the the wrong price. I asked if the was anything cheaper than the large box she priced up she said no who?s next. I pointed to the smaller box but again ignored the two girls were not helpful and rude. I will spend my money elsewhere and won?t be going back to this store again!
