Things aren?t labeled correctly misleading customers thinking products are cheaper than they actually are. Those m&m?s are not £1.65. They are £3.30 per bag and I only found out after checking out.

This store routinely fails to open during its advertised hours. If you try to get in between 06:00 - 07:00 the store is still closed because the staff are ?taking a delivery?. I regularly see people at the till/self scan looking around for a staff member because it seems like the staff have abandoned the shop floor?

Terrible customer service, they behave like they are the only shop in town. The woman who works there who wears a headscarf she is especially rude, she is the reason I won't shop there anymore.

They regularly close the store before the closing time. I needed some painkillers and I arrived at 10:50, the doors were locked and tills closed and I got told to go away. Ridiculous

I really go often to this store but, just because I leave "around" the corner.
The staff is not friendly.
The quality and variety of the food is ok.
I just wanted to mention, Pepe (staff) is an approachable/pleasant person.
The ***** go for him.

Easy to get to

Good selection of convenient products and staff are all hard working, so much so that they don?t have a chance to man the tills and they?re short staffed. It?s only self checkout or wait to call them for anything at the manned till which I don?t blame them for I place the blame squarely on Tesco for this. For a multi billion £ company this is shameful. Perhaps Tesco can pay me to self checkout but they?re too busy looking at their margins to give a toss.

Tesco has consistently provided a reliable and convenient shopping experience. The variety of products is extensive, and the staff is helpful. The store is well-maintained, and the prices are competitive. Tesco remains a go-to choice for my grocery needs, and I appreciate the overall quality of service.

Always messy, no help around the tills. Staff unhappy, must be a horrible place to work. Not a nice place to shop. Avoid.

Be careful with this Tesco express, the prices shown in the labels are not always correct and if you don?t pay attention you end up paying more. Not the fist time that happens where ?old? pricing is shown. The employee (male) was nice though but his female colleague that was on the till was very very rude
