The Frappucinos are ok if you don't get any of the fancy ones. The main basic coffee is good, although they don't deliver until 9am which is frustrating.

Really good service. Lovely coffee chocolate crunch frappacino. They are good. I had a tall size and it was plenty to fill me up. Also had cheese and ham croissant which had really quality ham in it. Super yum!

Slow service after placing order. Once received our order to sit outside Starbucks staff member and security started chatting and smoking next to the seating area which we didn't appreciate as we have a child. Not only was it by the seating area but the exit to the building this is wrong!

Pretty standard. Costs a fair bit as does any coffee shop, but make sure you go here instead of the one on the station platform which charges a convenience fee.

Friendly staff, good coffee, the only thing is that they do not clean the tables, so even if you find free tables that does not mean they are clean too.

Terrible service. My wife asked for small drinks and the man charged for medium. When questioned the was rude and rolled his eyes. Then proceeded to give her even less change. No apology and very rude asked for money back and went to costa. Will not be back

I didn't try going upstairs although this is on two levels, but I wish I had as there wasn't much space downstairs and the queue was positioned too close to me, and people were waiting for their coffees too nearby. They are a Franchise Starbucks and for that reason I couldn't order a drink on my app. They also wouldn't offer me a discount for only having one shot in a three shot Americano, even though I talked to the manager about it. Other Starbucks do. The chocolate chip cookie I had was nice but it gave me a stomach ache for some reason. The coffee was nice and hot though, and they put just the right amount of cinnamon syrup in it which I asked for. The assistants were pleasant enough, but I surprised just how long I had to wait for my coffee.
This wasn't the best experience ever I've had in Starbucks.

Pooooor staff!!! Since all staff members were changed this shop is UNDER Any expectation! They dont even know how to grind a coffee. Tomorrow i'll have to go back 'cause this grind is unusable and so this way i just lost the price of one pack of coffee thinking about paying another carpark fee together with todays parking. This will be the LAST time I'll visit this shop.
Highly recommend changing the staff!!!

This starbucks was at the South Mimms services on the M25. Nothing special, just a regular Starbucks selling the usual stuff. The server was friendly and polite and, as always, the coffee tasted great. I prefer Starbucks coffee rather than Costa or Pret because its not bitter.
