Till staff didn't even bother looking at me, although I did get a 'thanks' which is more than usual.
Staff in the shoe section slightly friendlier but of the 3 shoes selected they had none in my size.

These kids in shops, are not even capable of answering a phone, what hope have I got that they can interact with humans.Guildford says open, it's closed down.Pay peanuts, get monkeys....simple.

Not impressed with service. They have a phone line but no one answers. When I inquired in store I was told the lines does work but no one answers the phone as they are too busy on the floor.I gad to drive in to find out that they do not have stock of the ball I am looking for I have to order it on line and pay for delivery to collect in store.
