Rebecca at SMC Woking has provided excellent customer service. I collected my new vehicle at the end of May 2023 and although I had a few issues with it, Rebecca has ensured that any issues have been resolved promptly, has made me feel heard, and always responds quickly. Louanne was also great during the sales process and was one of the reasons I choose to go for a SEAT over another make of car.

First class service from Adam Medlock from start to finish. He was accommodating in times of meetings to suit us, he delivered what he said he would, he had appropriate levels of knowledge of the car, and did not dispute any minor issues with vehicle; rather he got them fixed! Very happy that the car was prepared for pick up in a timely fashion and all items raised were completed to high quality standards. Took my car for diagnosis. I was quoted a price. I booked an appointment. I had to cancel as the date I booked did not turn out to be the best to leave the car with them. I was about to re-book, I get an e mail. Let me paraphrase the mail in a polite manner (the tone and content of the e mail itself was, shall we say, distressing) I am to be charged £99 again. Hello: but I already paid that £99 when the car was picked up after diagnosis. Certain chap, let's call him D.C. should have a job as a prison guard, I do not hesitate to write. Everyone, please go to other SEAT places, not this one (assuming this D.C. chap does own this place and does not own other SEAT places)

Excellent experience working with the service department. David and Barry took the time to understand any items that needed repair and provided updates along the way. When things took a bit of extra time to complete, SMC kindly provided a loan car. Would definitely recommend taking your car to the team there.

I had my Ateca FR Sport booked in for a service and a repair to the central locking interior switch. The whole process from start to finish was thoroughly professional and everything was explained to me in detail prior to collecting my car. The fault with the central locking switch was done under warranty without me having to question it, so.ething I have had a bad experience before with other car brands dealers. I was also given a great quality loan car for the day. Great job guys and keep up the good work.

Can't rate Seat St John's highly enough. From the first enquiry phone call to collecting our car the service was professional, friendly, helpful and very efficient. Louanne couldn't have done any more for us, she helped make the right car decision, kept us updated re the arrival of our car (which was sooner than expected) and helped answering my many questions when the car arrived. Thank you Louanne and Seat. Would recommend buying your car from them every time!

Great experience with the team at SMC Woking and St John?s. Everyone has been super helpful! We purchased a car initially from them and the process subsequent servicing has been faultless. We then asked them to help us source a second vehicle and they were patient and helpful even though we ended up getting it elsewhere. Needless to say both cars will be going there for the servicing and maintenance!Thanks to Like, David and Louanne!

Really pleased with the service we received from SMC Aldershot in connection with ordering my new Clio RS Line. The salesman, Geoff Wilson, made the process so easy; he kept in touch every 2 weeks to let me know when the car was due. Ordered in August, collected today (29/11) - really impressed! The car, which replaces my much loved 12yr old Clio, is fabulous. Thank you Geoff for all your help.

My other half had a simple break pad change at the Aldershot branch which was booked in, was told to be there for 8:30 so that hers would be the first to be seen and be on her way.
Perfect as we have a 7 month old and need the car.
Now bearing in mind they are a main dealer not only did they not check to make sure all the parts were there for the job they then found out they only 3 pads, following that the set they had to order in where the wrong ones???
The manager apparently had to go
Out and get them as no one in the dealership seems to be able to competency to get it right.
On top of all this they also have told her she needs new discs when there was nothing wrong with the ones on there!
It?s now 12:46 and they still haven?t done the car.
This is something that would be expected of a backstreet/independent garage not a dealership.
They didn?t even have a courtesy car they would give her but offered to take her home
And leave her without a car!

Not to sure of the name of the person who done my vehicle but can 100% recommend them. Friendly, great communication, and fair price. Me and my partner have had a nightmare with a lot of companies since our vehicle broke down 3 weeks ago but SMC were onto the problem straight away and fixed it. Found ourselves our new dealership.
