Whenever I have gone to this branch to do a something about my account or open an account for my son or ask a question, I have waited a long time due to the short staff, and other employees look at people standing in line and queue , but they don't pay attention to the people and their wasted time.I had an appointment at eleven o'clock 12.04.2023 and when I was there, one of the staff told me that your appointment was for 11:45 !!!!!! and said : gave you this printed sheet by mistake l!!!! and asked a very ridiculous question about who gave you the appointment!!!?Very bad experience

Their card machine swallowed my Monzo card for no reason and they didn't want to give it back because they thought I had stolen it ? never seen this in my life, so unprofessional I'm appalled.

DISGRACEFUL BANKFULLY BLOCK ACCOUNTS at every opportunity when you do anything new. On weekend blocks they don't bother working weekends - so accounts stay blocked from Saturday to Monday (or Tuesday). Complained and they said the 48 time frame is a great service.If you like access to YOUR OWN MONEY when most needed then DON'T BANK SANTANDER!SANTANDER IS USELESS!!

I visited Santander Woking yesterday with my 16yr old to open an account, I myself bank with them?for now.I was told at the front desk as it was 4pm no one could help me, then told To go and do it myself.They do not close until 5pm, this is the 2nd time I have found the staff unhelpful, even the Manger.It all seems to much of an effort to do their job.So I popped into Nationwide, and was helped by Brogan, and all completed in 25 mins, they close at 4.30pm he didn?t mind waiting and had a great attitude.

Thank you for your very curt and abrupt phone call today, I had an appointment with you tomorrow and you rang to see what it was about, you then told me I could deal with that myself, I am a widow that needed a little help and I will not bother to to come in to you again if that is how you deal with elderly customers, Tatiana who I saw a month ago was extremely helpful but I won't come back into your branch again and I suggest you change your attitude to the ordinary customer

Best experience with the Woking branch. Better than the branch in staines which is very misleading and gives false information. Kelly welcomed me with a very warm smile. She went behind the counter despite the fact she just left it which I found was very professional and asked me what she could help me with. I?m a very anxious person when it comes to interacting and she made it a very comfortable experience, was making conversation and was very easy and friendly to talk to. Thank you Kelly for making the experience a pleasure and wishing me well in my new job.

I love this Santander branch! The staff are always smiley, welcoming AND helpful. A joy! It makes doing financial transactions pleasurable.I live in Weybridge, but hate my local Santander. Some of the staff are surly, rude and totally unhelpful. I'm not surprised that it is closing down shortly. So I have a direct comparison.

Horrific service, staff did not care for my situation until after I had to get my boss involved, and for 40 days I remained unable to open an account due to multiple employee mistakes.Also a machine consumed £20 and my moneywas supposed to be returned to me the next morning, yet that has not been the case!I was even told I would receive a phone call to confirm, and to no surprise that did not happen either.
