Why remove most of the staffed tills and replace with self-scan, if you don't trust your customers and force them to scan a receipt to leave the bagging area.
Overpriced for average quality, treats customers like they're shoplifters. Give it a miss, go to tesco, waitrose, or asda.

Shopping here for years. It?s a nice store. Normally fine. Tonight I was asked for ID when buying alcohol free beers. I am 37. I do not carry ID. Despite protests from other customers of how I was clearly over 30, they refused to serve me. When the store manager appeared and I asked him if he thought I looked under 25, he said no, but still refused to serve me. I offered to show a copy of my passport and drivers license I have on my phone and was still refused. Computer says no. An absolute failure of common sense and customer service skills. Well done Dai and your wingman Ryan. Embarrassing.
