they never deliver to the reception of our building. when i collect from the delivery office they say 'it's not safe' - which is fair enough. however, i put very specific delivery instructions for one of my packages and said deliver it to reception please, and even gave them the code to our parcel cupboard. they ignored it and took it back to the delivery office. every other courier will deliver it to reception, besides royal mail, and it is a pain in the arse to try and get to the post office between it's 2 hour opening times in the morning. just deliver it where we bloody ask you to - i even clicked the box where i took full responsibility of it should it get lost. it's not fair that people who live in houses are able to put a safe place, but when we do because we live in a flat, they totally ignore our wishes.

Royal Mail Parcel driver just drove up, read house name and then dumped a tracked parcel for a house with an entirely different name with an entirely different street name (at least a mile away) on my doorstep. He knew full well. It even said to leave in enclosed porch which I don?t have.

Another delivery service dropped my package on the street, in front of the wrong building. A gentlement from the post office picked it up and delivered it to my front door. Just wanted to say thank you!

Not very helpful at all, had proof of paid customs charge but told I couldn't collect because my ID had a different address on but was told I'd be able to collect it on Tuesday with the same ID? Was also told I can't collect because customs fee was paid online and when I explained you can because I had done it before, suddenly changed his mind and said you can collect it another day. Ridiculous, the tracking and payment proof for the parcel should be enough.

Very poorly managed delivery office. Have had a redirection in place, and a number of times on many different occasions have had the wrong mail re directed to me (the new occupiers) have flagged this up a number of time and has still continued to happen. Very disappointing.

I tend to find the staff here very helpful. Yes - they do not have authority to override any RM rules (e.g. collection without a red card) but they cant be helped by that.Frustration though is the opening hours of the customer collection point. The constant changing and flip-flop between useful (as was) and unhelpful hours (as now!) are really frustrating and really dent the usefulness of this place.

I pick up lots of parcels from here and receive very helpful service. The man working there goes beyond expectations providing information. Very happy. Thank you
