Customer service is appalling in this pharmacy. Having just been down to take my elderly Mum to a pre-booked flu jab appointment, I arrive to be told (without apology) the person who would do this is not in. On asking why I was not called in advance so as to avoid taking time off work, their response is 'we don't offer that service'.....the service of common courtesy you mean??!Previous issues have centred on prescriptions not being available even after being told to come back at a specific time/day, only part prescriptions being fulfilled etc etc...A consistently poor experience. I'm obviously going elsewhere.

It?s stressful going to a pharmacy nowadays but this chemist does nothing to alleviate this. They appear the most disorganised and unhelpful dismissive group of people you could assemble. It appears nothing is ever available and the stock answer is we couldn?t tell you when or even if we can get it. It?s the rudeness that defeats me. Today after waiting approx 8 minutes for 5 staff to not find someone?s medication I witnessed a 96 yr old gentleman being told they weren?t going to help him despite his GP being next door and a regular customer. He was instructed to travel to the next village a few miles away. There is a barrier of negativity presented up front. I was told that they probably didn?t have time to fill my prescription at 5pm despite the person in front of me having theirs dispensed. I needed antibiotics but I usually use Pharmacy2U, thank goodness. I would advocate that everyone avoid this chaotic unpleasant establishment. Try smiling and treating customers with value not as though they are a hinderance.Your response shows you are monitoring the reviews but there is a repeated theme and no corrective action has been taken. Therefore it means zilch. People come to you when they are ill and all they want is the medicine to remedy this. They don?t need to be treated so dismissively. Your workforce simply don?t have any customer service skills and all appear to be very unhappy individuals who take delight in being obstructive. What you need to do is sort it out.

Over 45mins queueing today to pick up a prescription.Whilst I appreciate the job requires some level of accuracy, the staff have no urgency. The place doesn't seem to run as smoothly as it used to, which is a shame.

It?s only the second time I have used this chemist but I have to say they are amazing .The standard is way above any others around here .For along time I used the one in Sainsbury?s they were awful rude ignorant and infuriating on every occasion I had to visit ,Boots marginally better at Knaphill .But these people are so nice so helpful and polite .this service and experience is unknown to me in a pharmacy as others have made me feel they are doing me a big favour for dispensing my medication .These guys are totaly different hereI genuinely hope the owners/management of this pharmacy know and appreciate how brilliant their team are .I cannot praise them highly enough .A very big thank you for your wonderful service you provideMay it long continueTanks again to you all Andrew

Worst pharmacy I have ever chosen to pick my prescriptions. Will change to another pharmacy. I was meant to pick up an urgent prescription today only to be told that it was not available. This is in spite of the fact that I was promised by the clinical pharmacist that it would be ready to pick up at any time. I should also note that this pharmacy a) never picks up the phone, which makes it hard to check if one's prescription is ready or not before going there; b) pharmacists responsible for dispensing the prescriptions usually say the names of people's prescriptions out loud, which throws people's confidentiality out of the window. Very disappointed. May I also add the following: do something about the negative reviews you've been getting instead of replying to customers with repetitive, robotic apology scripts.

Always have to queue, often medication isn't available, staff are clueless, misserable and often just chatting away with no regard to a huge queue of people here. It's not difficult to dispense medicines in a quick, efficient but friendly manner.Think Rowlands needs to get rid of current staff and hire people who actually care about providing such a key public service.....

I've worked in this pharmacy, so I appreciate how busy it gets. But there is absolutely no excuse to never answer the phone.I've tried countless times and then walked in 10 minutes later to see 5 staff members at the back, no customers.

Honestly don?t know what we would do without our village pharmacy. They have supported us enormously with my sons and my health issues, always going above and beyond with prescriptions and advice. Many thanks to Jade in particular!

Absolutely terrible. This is the closest and most easy to access pharmacy to me but I?m now switching to one further away.Extremely slow staff with a group of them always standing in the back chatting or just starring into thin air whilst lots of people are waiting to be served.Have been charged the incorrect prescription fees twice now and a few times been told my prescription wasn?t ready even though I had a message that it was AND low and behold it was ready. They just couldn?t be bothered to search for it! And the worst part is that I have now received twice the incorrect medication in my bag! Are you joking?! I was absolutely fuming having to go back after noticing their mistake. Luckily it was a repeat prescription so I noticed. This happening to someone else who was going to take a certain prescription for the first time could have serious implications.

After all the good staff have left leaving the slowest most unhelpful people. Waiting times are soooooo long. While staff either discuss personal details about other patients or what they have in plan for their personal time. It's a shame the floor is always filthy and the old staff actually cared

Every time I go in this Chemist, there is always a huge queue. They never answer the telephone when you ring and if they do answer it, they hang up on you .You have to wait at least 20 minutes to get served. There is an even bigger issue now as the local Lloyds chemist in the Sainsbury?s in Brookwood has closed so all of their customers are coming down to the village Chemist and causing even more of a queue and still they won?t hire any staff. The girls that are working there are trying their best, but you can only do so much. They need to employ some more staff to deal with the extra work. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk into the shop or even smiles and says hello. Everyone who works there looks downright miserable. I think you need to send management in there to sort this serious problem out before you have no customers left

Absolute shocking pharmacy, no staff, queues out the door continuously, unorganised, they tell you one thing and do the complete opposite always a hour wait at minimum. Been to collect a prescription today waiting on him to check it after being there already 45 mins and he decides to show his colleague something on his phone instead. So I said my piece. Safe to say won?t be using Rowlands again. Nobody gives a f!!!!

Had a text message saying my prescription was ready for collection, arrive to collect and join a queue of 5 people, it was exactly 9.05, and it wasn't open eventually opened after another customer knocked on the door, waited another 10 min only to be told it's not ready and will be ready Monday, I feel sorry for the HCA who get the wrath from customers , me included.
