Today I bought a parasol and base from the Woking store and asked for it to be delivered. I wish to praise the person who served me, Julie, she was so helpful and I left the store happy that my purchases would be delivered in the time stated.

When I walked in the shop I could hear a member of staff called Paul, saying that president trump should be taken out the last thing as a consumer I want to hear is a member of staff insisting murder, and when I've asked to speak to the manager to complain about this he informed to this cancer patient I have to much time on my hands and told me to leave once I had spoken to the manager, I left the store and Paul decided to call security on me

If I could zero, I would!
Awful service! Bought something that clearly wasn?t fit for purpose. Took it back for a refund, then the woman at the counter promptly told me they need the original card! My partner had just given birth was the original card holder two days ago! When I told them this, suddenly an exchange was offered. Then when exchange for items £1.40 less than the original value, it then becomes another problem even when I say give it to charity! Honestly, I can see why this store has such shocking reviews on google! I?m actually surprised at such a big company having staff acting in this way considering we had just had a child and zero compassion was shown for the situation. It wasn?t even a particularly high value item either! Total amount of £14.99! Honestly, what an absolute travesty of retail outlet! Shocking service, and I will name Julie who was the original person with the attitude who served me.

I am NOT AT ALL impressed by Robert Dyas Woking. They have bright Yellow "£7.99" on an multi socket lead and YET they charge £8.99. I was told that "only with Loyalty card do u get £7.99. WELL ROBERT DYAS *AM I MEANT TO GUESS THAT ? * A bit of a con job really and did not leave good vibes for me. Will shop elsewhere. It is the PRINCIPLE not the £1.

I had a good experience regarding the purchase of a Wilkinson Sword Pruning Saw and Holster. The staff explained that this would be quicker and more efficient than the folding type. I also purchased a twin pack of Bypass Pruner and Anvil Pruner. The staff asked if I wanted to get the Robert Dyas card. I agreed and got a discount on the total purchase.

They closed their front door 10 min before. When I go from the back door the supervisors behavior was so rude. Before that I bought a bulb/light they told me it will be white but it was yellow. I?m very disappointed they didn?t allow me to exchange.
