Very rude changing room lady, unsure of name as wasn?t wearing a name badge, myself and my niece visited the store this week, wanted to try clothes on- the lady took hold of my nieces jacket she was wearing and said ?what about this? I told the lady that was her hoodie, she suggested we was stealing not once but twice. When we came out of the changing room she gave me a filthy look and when counting the items counted them incorrectly and said ?where the other item? I said to her everything is here, she recounted and said ?oh yes? ? no apology, it wasn?t a common mistake from her, it was absolutely a purposeful disking towards myself my young niece, for what reason is beyond me. The lady?s at the till were however very lovely, welcoming and so helpful with an issue we was facing with my nieces phone. I?m sorry I didn?t catch your names but I hope you see this lovely lovely ladies!!! Please speak to the lady on changing room duty (29/08/25) so incredibly rude and judgmental. Needs to be addressed because is not on at all.

Staff work hard to keep it stocked and organised. Could do with being bigger and more range.

Nice size shop with lots to choose from but I did find that the boys department lacked in sizes or variety. Staff were friendly and the shop was clean and clear.

Why is this Primark so small and incomplete when there are many empty shops in this arcade and they can have Primark on several floors?
