The worst service and staff very rude and
A organised, i was spending a lot of monay in the store, but i will never go back there again,
Plenty other nice shop in Woking.
Also don?t use the up to good to go.
I have paid for to collect from the up
To good to go, collect window time 6:30 to 70,
I was in the shop 6:45 on my up said to collect and thy said the manager will come down in 10/15 minutes,
Also said is been cancelled but on my up they was not notified, the manager came
Is name Arbin, and was very rude, saying
The orther has been cancelled, i said
On my up is still on to be collected,
He said it didn?t work tge cancellation,than, he cancelled from t of me.
Very rude again said , there is nothinwe can do, clearly they didn?t do they job
Of cancelling the Order.
Not organised at all Lying
And keep being very rude.
Not customers sarvice at all.
Place not to go for sure.

The older male manager guy here is not helpful and has a poor attitude. Needs training in management and more importantly good customer service.

Most of the staff are very friendly...I do think though wearing their own jackets/clothes behind the counter is unhygienic...some staff also have dirty fingernails which is very off putting...the cleanliness of the whole customer floor area is rather disgusting...especially the furniture...see photos. On several visits to the Woking branch there are always food crumbs and other undesirable things lurking in the sides of the seats...on a positive note the Cinnamon Crowns are excellent...?

I am a regular at pret ( woking ) ... Especially for oat mocha. I experience different taste in the morning , the drink tastes more bitter and the same drink in the afternoon has a perfect blended taste and this is everyday story ... I would appreciate if my drink is brewed well...

My favourite place for a coffee and remote work in the area. The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly kind. The Internet speed might be better, though.

Popped in for a quick tea today, the cashier was extremely warm and friendly. Prompt service even though it was busy.
Unfortunately few tables were free and the ones that were, were all dirty.
Parking: Victoria Place Shopping Centre's multi-storey car park is the only real (and closest) option.
Wheelchair accessibility: Step-free access via the shopping centre only. Jubilee Square's entrance has steps.

I had an amazing experience with Pret's customer service! Their team was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries. They were friendly, efficient, and made sure all my concerns were addressed promptly. I'm highly impressed and will definitely be a returning customer!

Although the food is fresh, tables and chairs are dirty, and some caked on with food. I had to clean the chairs and my table with an antiseptic kitchen pad, that I happened to buy at sainsburys. The manager should instruct the staff to clean the chairs, tables and floor after areas are clear. This is not the first time this has occurred, so no excuses for not keeping the restaurant clean. Concerned about preparation of food areas too. Hoping it is kept clean as well. PLEASE look into this situation, so pret Manger can continue to service people in the Woking mall. Thank you!

Not a good experience, it seems they were only serving coffee in disposable cups which wasn't good. The coffee was flat and watery unfortunately. Lastly the upstairs area was not clean.

Poor service and the the tables were littered. Second visit that the barista got the order wrong.

Always have friendly and helpful staff but the store is freezing. Have a lunch with scarf and coat on is not very comfortable.
