The gentleman who runs this Post Office is really helpful and went over and above for me when I had trouble printing a label for my parcel.

Incompetent lady and owner, sent my post off without a tracking. Kept me waiting 35 mins whilst she tried to figure out how to send it tracked. Then she sent the parcel without tracking and all they could say is a pathetic sorry that doesn't not get me my money back

Has always been good in the past. Today had the usual rubbish you get at other post offices. I asked for "1st class signed for". He confirms with "recorded" (it's not been called that for years). Then says "fully tracked, £6(something)". So I have to reiterate that I want 1st class signed for (£2.35). So tired of these attempts to rip us off.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Normally there?s is not a long queue except for Christmas time, you probably need to wait for at least 10 minutes. Keep up with the good work

Find it a little worrying that post offices take payments for banks without having the technology to do so in a fully automated way.

A really good local Post Office. There's rarely a queue and the staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a smaller village Post Office, so some services only available in the larger ones aren't available. There's parking available directly outside, or if that's full then there's a free car park on the other side of the main road which makes it very useful to drop in on the way past in the car.

The Bisley Post Office or local shop has undergone huge refurbishment and extension. The owner and the staff are very friendly. There is a dry cleaning service run from there. They have a cash point machine inside the store. You can pick up most regular items that you would require there, bread, milk, tinned goods, small frozen section, chilled products, cards, wrapping paper, newspapers and a selection of household and personal items. The opening hours have been extended to what they used to be. Yes, they are a tad more expensive that the supermarket at Brookwood, but this is the local convenience store, so you pay a bit more for it being so convenient!!
