Worst customer services I had ever , my order has been late for 1:21mins called the restaurant, the manager was very rude and didn?t even apologised my whole order was cold and even the manager was rude .
You should never buy anything from this shop better if you buy a frozen pizza from Tesco .

Ordered pizza and to sides. Delivered only one side so phoned and they called driver who had it on him. Not sure why it wasn't in the same pouch as the rest of the order ? The pizza had been tipped up so was a mess in the box. Food was barely warm. Phoned again and said I wanted some money off and was told I had to come in and get it as they can't refund over the phone. Will not be going back there.

Disappointed with my recent experience. The delivery staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. I ordered warm gooey cookies but received cold, unappetizing churros without any notice. Additionally, the chicken strips were burnt and inedible, leading us to throw them away. Overall, the quality and service did not meet expectations.

The European couples were very rude to us specially the lady she acted liked the owner and dindnt served us nicely .employees were good but the last treated us like we were getting food for free and didn?t even showed any hospitality.Very bad and rude service by the lady .

Tonight I got served by 2 CHILDREN. One about 8 and one about 11. I thought was sweet but when I saw they also cook the food was very concerned as they are very young? the little girl had to ask me how much change I needed which was very concerning as I could of lied but I didn?t.. the kids are working with no adult in sight in their pyjamas and slippers which is extremely dangerous and can not believe the parents didn?t come down to check on them once in the 25 minutes I was sat here waiting..

The best pizza I've ever had is averagely priced. Honestly, the service may not be perfect because English is not their first language, although they have very fast service too; sometimes they come out and deliver the pizza to my car, which is actually good service. Seriously, it should be rated higher than 3.1.Parking: You can just park outside for a couple minutes. Just make sure to call prior on what you want for collection as it is a taxi rank.
