I have p@h bear me but I pop into this one sometimes if im passing. Staff are lovely and helpful, its clean and tidy. They offer to help carry heavy items to the car. The little pets in store are well cared for and their environment is always spotless with clean bedding and lits of food and water

Got all the stuff one needs for your family dog. Keep an eye on prices. Promotions make stuff cheap, but when not on promo prices can be more than the same product elsewhere

Although the vet was not able to help because the dog was not registered with them and therefore not being able to access the dog's history, a member of staff, on the shop floor, showed enormous patience and guided me through what I might need for the dog's wound. Awesome. Thank you...

I went in for a couple of toys for my parrot. I liked the selection but it was geared more towards smaller birds. Would be 5 star review if toy selection for bigger birds was better.

Amazing selection though not very reptile friendly. The bugs can be dead or of very limited stock and there?s no disinfectant for reptiles so had to order on Amazon. Staff are lovely and I continue to regularly visit
