Went looking for charms for a friend's bracelet. I met the manager lovely girl, she was very patient and showed me a number of charms available, nothing was too much for her. Very good customer service. Having been to various other shops where they just look right through you this was a lovely change. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

My wife and I visited the store to buy a special gift for a special visiting friend. We was served by Adriana and what a lovely lady she was. Adriana is very passionate about jewellery and perfect in her role. Extremely friendly, easy to talk to, patient and nothing was too much trouble to showcase all the different jewellery. We were both extremely happy with our purchase and Adriana was then exceptional with her attention to detail on the gift wrapping, something Adriana is apparently well known for. What a delight shopping in Pandora today and thank you Adriana for being so fabulous.

Absolutely brilliant customer service by Mahreen today. I had bought some bracelets for my 2 daughters for Christmas and they were too small, despite being checked. The online Pandora store would not help at all. However, Mahreen understood the issue and she exchanged them immediately for me and took care to ensure the new size fitted well with some charms on too. She also ensured the girls were happy. We then bought some more charms and another bracelet. I would highly recommend Mahreen and the Woking store. So much better than the online version of Pandora.
