I have been a 02 customer for 18 years! The worst customer service I ever experienced is based at this store right now. It?s a totally a joke.

Aaron was absolutely brilliant today, he has reported my Account as being scammed by fraudsters. I made the mistake of calling what I thought was 02 on a google search to add roaming abroad. They had changed my tariff, phone and mobile number. I?m going back next week to upgrade my phone with him. He was very apologetic on behalf of 02 despite the fact it was really my fault.

Terrible service from these guys in store! Went into store to use the switch up service, got told by staff and store manager that my phone will not pass on condition and basically tough. Did it over the phone and they sent my new phone to the same store. Left my 2 phones in store for 2hrs while data was moved over. Eventually went back after it was completed and They again refused to send my old S23 back. Told me to get o2 to send me a bag to return. Just got an email from o2 to say it's all done and passed all checks. O2 shut this store they are letting you down!

I have never in my life experienced so many incompetent people in one place at the same time. As if they intentionally employ staff with bad attitudes and no will to help their customers. One thing they are very good at is passing the buck to someone else. I have literally lost my number and two weeks communication due to this waste of a company.

When coming to 02 Shop Woking, you have to make sure you are not in hurry. You can wait forever to get help, the guys who does customer service they are not bothered if there is many people waiting . Minimum time you can wait in 02 before assisted is an hour. They are just slow, they really need to improve their customer service.

Terrible experience not only from the shop but mainly from o2 as network. I can't use my phone since 3 weeks when I put new sim card on. Nobody can resolve my problem. Went to the shop and received 2nd sim card but its still same problem. No Internet for most of the day. Only is restart my phone I got up to 10minutes to check messages and emails and then is off again. Sometimes can't receive any calls as well. Shop assistant didn't have a clue what to do. Went into online chat with technical support. I suppose to receive feedback after a week but no calls at all. I call o2 every day but no solution at all. What can I do! Frustration is up to the roof.

Brilliant service, Lost my phone without insurance so it was obvious my screw up cost me a bit but not as much as was expecting. Payed it all off and they have sorted me out a new Samsung galaxy A54 5G (same make and model) as they had 1 in stock. Got a nice little discount + insurance. Even got 1 of the watches for an extra £3-£4 a month which I'm not complaining about at all. The person I spoke to was very professional and understanding and very straight forward ?

Customer service is very hit and miss in this store. The manager is very evasive. The phone is never answered. Even when O2 themselves were trying to call the store, they couldn't get an answer. I tried calling for four days at different times. Nothing. Luckily my order was in store when I went to collect it. Not the best experience.
