Terrible experience not only from the shop but mainly from o2 as network. I can't use my phone since 3 weeks when I put new sim card on. Nobody can resolve my problem. Went to the shop and received 2nd sim card but its still same problem. No Internet for most of the day. Only is restart my phone I got up to 10minutes to check messages and emails and then is off again. Sometimes can't receive any calls as well. Shop assistant didn't have a clue what to do. Went into online chat with technical support. I suppose to receive feedback after a week but no calls at all. I call o2 every day but no solution at all. What can I do! Frustration is up to the roof.

Brilliant service, Lost my phone without insurance so it was obvious my screw up cost me a bit but not as much as was expecting. Payed it all off and they have sorted me out a new Samsung galaxy A54 5G (same make and model) as they had 1 in stock. Got a nice little discount + insurance. Even got 1 of the watches for an extra £3-£4 a month which I'm not complaining about at all. The person I spoke to was very professional and understanding and very straight forward ?

Customer service is very hit and miss in this store. The manager is very evasive. The phone is never answered. Even when O2 themselves were trying to call the store, they couldn't get an answer. I tried calling for four days at different times. Nothing. Luckily my order was in store when I went to collect it. Not the best experience.

I originally only had to apply for a 24-month sim contract, but I was suggested to buy an additional apple watch for £6.25 per month. The staff name is Soundes, I thought I was paying £6.25 more for a 24-month contract, so I agreed. But after I went back home and looked at the contract carefully to find that I needed to pay for the apple watch for 48 months. Now the situation is that the guy cheated me to buy this watch without telling me and without explanation, I deeply feel that this is a kind of fraud. I would hate to sue if I could.

The worst store in the world. I will never use O2 or this store again. I went to the O2 store in Woking to buy a bundle SIM card (pay as you go) for my 2 week stay in the UK. The man at the store made a mistake with the top up and did not correctly top up the card, literally one of the easiest things to do. The manager advised that if I am not whilling to pay again for the bundle (for a mistake they made) he will need to send the request in and it will be credited in 24 hours which it was not. I phoned the store and custome service countless times to have this resolved and this has not been actioned. I loaded my card to get me through during this time. It has now been 10 days, I am almost at the end of my stay, and nothing has been done! I have just been to the store again requesting I either get my money back or they find another resolution but he said the best he can do is do the request again, and we wait another 2 days. He refused to give me my money back and has made me pay for the mistake they have made in the store. This has not been resolved and they have taken full advantage of the fact that I do not live in the UK. And I am leaving soon. Never ever again! I can even see their comments to previous complaints made here and it?s a useless ?sorry, follow these links if your problem is not resolved? which are not useful knowing very well it will not help at all. Horrible shop, literally got a phone and wasn't pleased with the deal and when returning they appeared sluggish especially the South African Manager there isn't nice at all and this has messed up my network credit ?..... horrible customer service.

Bloody useless staff. We're not able to help with with my phone problem at all. I have a battery problem. They went through the phone and said there is not problem with it. No eye contact and no solution to my problem. Will never buy from them again.

The links sent to me via email don?t work. The account I set up Tuesday is now saying my credentials aren?t being recognised. There?s no way to contact them via email and they don?t answer the phone. I have received a bill before a sim they are sending to me. The whole lot is rubbish. My direct debit has now been cancelled.
