I visited the store this week, it was about an hour before close, one member of staff (unsure of name) was incredibly rude, made it very clear how fed up she was, was looking at clothes and placing them back where they were originally, she kept coming over and getting really close picking up the same item and putting it back in the same place whilst sighing really loudly, I?m really unsure what her problem was but was made to feel so uncomfortable the entire time, her and another member of staff kept making eyes at each other as if to suggest something. Then exchanging glances at myself and my niece, so rude, no people skills what so ever.

Unfriendly staff. Visited shop today. Girl/woman with fake eyelashes ( don?t know name cos she didn?t have the name badge on) urgently need customer service training. Very poor attitude. Well, thanks to your sale assistant- New Look- I?ve changed my mind, left the items I wanted to buy and went to different shop. I won?t be back to this shop again! Also ,two other members of staff were using inappropriate language to each other. I assumed it was as a joke but I guess that behaviour like this doesn?t do any good for the company?.

Love this shop-great selection of clothes and shoes. Prices reasonable, even better when there's a sale on. Particularly like the 'labels' they do: Apricot, Blue Vanilla etc.

Terrible service, went in to returm a dress and as I removed the tag they wouldn't allow refund, tried to accuse me of wearing the dress, even though I repeated I hadn't and wouldn't have return if I had, last shopping experience with this store
