Unfriendly staff. Visited shop today. Girl/woman with fake eyelashes ( don’t know name cos she didn’t have the name badge on) urgently need customer service training. Very poor attitude. Well, thanks to your sale assistant- New Look- I’ve changed my mind, left the items I wanted to buy and went to different shop.... read full comment
