ole? his funds even though I wired it all back to him..Nationwide without any warning froze my account that same afternoon, thinking I had stolen the funds! I sent proof to nationwide fraud dept that I funded him and he even sent me a screenshot of his bank statement proving this when I threatened legal action against him yet Nationwide has still frozen my account and called me a ?suspect? this morning. I haven?t been able to buy food or drinks for my 2 daughters or maintenance payment for the month due to this bank thinking they?re God! They said I can withdraw £175 as that?s what I funded my account with even though I have recently sold my property and funded my account with £67,000!! Am taking this to the newspapers and social and I really hope their complaints department is ready for legal action. Update: I?ve been informed that the investigation can take up to the 9th November! That?s more than 30 days since they will have frozen my account. Today it?s already been over 2 weeks and still nothing from them not even the courtesy of an update. I have been receiving all kinds of late payment charges from all the direct debits which have failed. Shameful

There is never a banker available when I go there in my lunch break or I get told everyone is on a lunch break same time. Very frustrating

Nationwide did not display my previous ISA bank on the list on their website.Because of this error I had to personally call into them and wait in the queue during C19, pay to park, one person serving with 7 in the queue. They had run out of ISA transfer out forms and I had to wait for them to be copied. They know its ISA season, didn't plan for it and ran a major ISA offer to existing customers short staffed!!! I called them today they still have not actioned my forms from the previous ISA provider and said they had a backlog!!!! Well done Nationwide I have been a customer with you for many years, maybe it is time to change my current account...

A joke! Shuts at 3 due to the pandemic apparently which is so helpful for anyone who works. Turn up at 9am the next day. Left outside past opening hours while store full of staff are waking around doing nothing. When they open the door to me at 9:02 I?m told that nobody In the store can help me whatesoever because everyone is working from home. Unprofessional, unhelpful and fairly rude. There was at least 7 people in the store but nobody there could help me at all. Turned away with the offer of a phone number. I?m left wishing I?d chosen NatWest. Great job Nationwide?

Very good and helpful staff deal with a happy welcoming smile on the staff. Deal with issues or queries within the same visit definitely would recommend this bank to any other people within the Woking and surrounding areas. Am glad to be a customer within this bank

Karen, Matt, Viv, Mehraj, Alex, Sarah and Ryan have been excellent. I've been a regular in this branch for about two and a half years now and the guys who work here have been consistently brilliant with me I feel. I appreciate Mehraj's patience for whenever I get his name mixed up, Matt always greeting me so well and Sarah (the lady with blonde hair) is the absolute best. Slow service at this branch. young man at the counter refused to order in £50 notes. So instead had to use Halifax great service there.
