I recently visited the Morrissons' café in Woking England with my family, spending £40 on meals. While there, I noticed a sign advertising a "children eat free" promotion. As I have a son, I inquired about the free meal offer for him. The elderly cashier appeared unsure about how to process it and mumbled something before calling over what seemed to be her superior.
A young, inexperienced individual arrived and, rather rudely, informed me that I should have requested the offer at the time of ordering. Although I didn?t argue as it wasn?t a major issue, I was left feeling disrespected as a customer and as though I was being condescended to. All I was looking for was a clear explanation and a bit of empathy.
This experience has left a lasting impression, and I will not be returning to this establishment. Moreover, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it to anyone. For those considering visiting, I strongly advise against it?this place may very well deliver one of the worst customer service experiences of your life.

I made an order via Deliveroo and whoever packed my order chose the smallest and worst quality produce and they only gave the driver half of my order, I would highly suggest avoiding this Morrisons store as they clearly do not care about their customers satisfaction

Went for click and collect, staff were super helpful but all the click and collect bays were filled with Amazon drivers collecting deliveries which kind of defeats the point

Sad and dirty, has so gone downhill over the years. Time to sell up Morrisons, you obviously have no pride in your offer.
