I went to Millets looking for a pair of hiking shoes and I was really lucky to find the one I wanted on clearance for half price. Sarah was great as she explained to me how the Goretex technology works (which is something I was looking for in the shoes but I didn?t know how it worked), she also provided me with some socks I could use for trying the shoes and she explained well Millets refund policy if needed. Happy customer here :)

Iv never been so happy with the service I received towards the back end of last year, I believe his name was Kye or Kyle and he really was a great asset to your team?. His product knowledge on tents was exceptional so much so I decided to leave my wife of 30 years and our two kids and start a new life in a 4 man tent at our local park in the local area. He also managed to hook me up with some Kendal mint cakes which he advised was a great source of energy and would really keep me going and awake on long walks it?s safe to say I couldn?t recommend these little blocks of mint enough iv now walked 235 miles over the past few days, consumed 9000 calories worth of minty goodness and not slept for over 200 hours. 5 stars I would highly recommend

Excellent customer service. Although the item I wanted was not available in store the assistant found a similar version for me to try for size. She then ordered the one I wanted on line and it was delivered to my home next day. Impressive service.

When in looking for a cover for my backpack but the size I needed wasn't on the shelf. The lady (Jo) behind the counter offered to look out back but couldn't find one so asked another member of staff(Kai) I think that was his name. Found one online for me and ordered it. It literally turned up 2 days later. So quick!Very friendly and helpful.

This is a great place for getting my son's DofE supplies. Lots of things on offer. Very good advice from friendly staff. Great selection and lots of choice.

Staff needs training to come across as less rude and unintersted. The issue seems to be common with all the staff members.

Only 1 star as it's not possible to give 0 stars. This store stated that they can not accept Scottish Currency as they are owned by JD sports. Therefore for now I will leave this review for my fellow Scott's in the area to not only boycott this store but also all JD Sports.
