The place is easy to find and located in the heart of the centre of Woking. My consultant Kavita helps me a lot and we did everything successfully in one meeting as I expected. She is so helpful and practical thus we don?t spend much time to be done many things in a meeting. Strongly recommended to use Lloyds bank especially Woking branch.

Usually service is good in lloyds bank @woking branch but I felt today is exceptional by a staff named Daniela .

Polite staff, however it took 40 minutes to just complete a name change. The staff member was new so had to take his time but word of advice, with new members of staff, have a professional with them at all times to guide them through the process.

Polite staff but very slow. It isn't a place you would go if you are in a rush
