I have been extremely pleased with the property manager Katy Elsdon at the Woking office. Today she sorted out a billing problem and last week rung me about renewing smoke alarms.Last year she arranged quotes for a new bathroom in one of my properties. In all excellent service. ? Thank you

Katy Elsdon became my property maintenance manager after a few replacements and I can honestly say she has been amazing. She bends over backwards to help and nothing is too much trouble. She is a lovely lady and gets things done. Cannot recommend Katy highly enough.
