The worst experience I've had in a JD store, the staff doesn't help you at all, they're not friendly, I'd rather do my shopping in another area than come to this store again.

The staff at Woking branch are honestly the most helpful, friendly and professional I have seen in most other shops. I have needed a few specific things recently and the ladies who dealt with my needs were all extremely helpful and attentive. Good on them - I?d recommend this store to anyone who needs sportswear. You won?t be disappointed - they will help you as best they can.

Been in several times recently to look for running shoes and tennis shorts. Not once has a member of staff approached me to offer assistance. Very poor. The shop is reasonably nice though.

Rather disappointing customer service. Went In at 10am this morning purchased 3 items. Went to til and was told by assistant just a minute, no hello or sorry bare with me. I then went to look at some other items then returned to till to purchase the items. No interaction whatsoever from assistant 20/1. Then handed me the receipt no thankyou or anything and left my bag on the counter and walked off. I assumed he had finished transaction and grabbed the bag myself off the counter. Then as I walked out the security alarm went off so I walked back in as he hadn't removed all the tags.
However the lady that came to check my bag was much politer and interacted. I said your customer service is much better than what I've experienced in here so far this morning. At least someone can carry out their work In a professional manner!

Lots of nice clothes and good bargains. Shoe range is quite small not a lot of choice. Can never use the changing room because the staff never have the key so there's hundreds of pounds of stuff I would have bought but didn't because I couldn't try it on first. Very bad business, let your customers try stuff on and you'd sell a lot more stuff

Went about 4pm on a weekday. 2 or 3 staff working the floor so took a while to get served.
Waited ages for the shoes and then they were the wrong ones.
Staff on till was fantastic. Sorted out a return and money back straight away.

The female manager, and workers need to redo their customers service. No hello nothing at the till. RUDE.
