Really impressed with this branch.
Warm atmosphere inside, despite the rush hour business.
What really impressed me was the attentiveness of the staff - bringing food/drinks to the table promptly, proactively clearing finished items. And with a smile!
Excellent value for money in an expensive Surrey commuter town. Hearty portions too. What's not to like?

A typically big , open plan Wetherspoons.
No problems getting seated and a good choice of beers and spirits. I liked all the HG Wells related paraphernalia, especially the invisible man sculpture - which ironically was very visible ! The barman who served me was very knowledgeable on what was on offer . I had a change from my usual dull choice of largers and opted for a few different beverages on his recommendation. I wasn't disappointed .
The stout was particularly good.
Yes, I would return if I'm in that neck of the woods again. Sadly, the rest of the town centre has fallen into neglect from what I saw.

It's a Weatherspoons. Food is OK but for the price you cannot beat a Weatherspoons. It's large, like they all are. It's a drinking hole and easy food eating venue in one. It may not be 5 stars but it's what you expect from a Weatherspoons, and I like it for what it is ?

It's a wetherspoons. Cheap drinks cheap food table service with the app. Can't really ask for more for the start of a night out.
