wish i knew the guys name who helped me; he was tanned and bald. so sweet and really helped me and prioritised me surprisingly with no appointment to backup my data from my damaged macbook. im pretty bad with all this stuff too so he helped me book a genius bar appointment elsewhere. the first woman that introduced us seemed like she had no idea what she was doing and couldnt really answer basic questions, so im just glad someone else came and helped.

Worse experience ever, no hygiene or good customer service
I came into the store didn?t get acknowledged, 2 people then came in after me and got served before me whilst I waited patiently. Two scruffy workers then walk in with fast food licking their fingers and then go and serve other people. They eventually come to me, and the worker tried to get me my laptop when he still hasn?t washed his hands, that is not happening, absolutely disgusting. The worker didn?t even ask what colour laptop I wanted he just picked one out for me yet again bad customer serivce, I just wanted simple service acknowledgment, hygiene and just to make sure I?m getting exactly what I wanted. Disgraceful when you?re meant to be buying high end products.

Be very careful this place has 14 day return policy on accessories (that the sales person upsold). Don't buy for a gift and use a credit card for greater legal rights.

AVOID THIS STORE, GO TO APPLE STORE INSTEAD
I had a frustrating experience at this store that I wouldn?t wish on anyone. While traveling in London, my eSIM wasn?t working, and I was told my iPhone 15 Pro wasn?t compatible. I visited this store, where the staff member, Keith, insisted on unlocking my phone and taking it to the back office. That raised a red flag for me.
While restoring they claimed it had died and couldn?t load the operating system, which was a nightmare since I had a flight in couple of days. They kept my phone for repair for two daysa and had to get it back, took my phone to an Apple Store, and to my relief, it was restored without any issues. This store had ordered a glass replacement, which I later found out wasn?t even necessary.
Overall, this place felt very sketchy. Save yourself the trouble and head to an Apple Store for reliable service and prompt repairs. I cannot recommend this store at all.

I have used iStore Woking for the last five years without any hassle until today.
My iPhone was not charging and from further inspection I knew it was due to a build up on lint.
I have previously gone into this store and staff have kindly removed the lint without hassle.
Today I walk in and have a very rude, and unhelpful male member of staff try and charge me £25 for a full cleaning service.
£25 for using a small tool to remove the lint and spray some compressed air into the charge.
Unhelpful, money grabbing cheats. If I leave a minus star remove I would.

?Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Staff?
I visited the Apple Store at Woking Shopping Centre today, September 28th, around 2 PM regarding an issue with my phone. Before visiting, I called the store, but they rudely hung up on me. I decided to go in person, hoping for better service. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse.
The staff, two young men, were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I explained my issue, they responded in a very disrespectful manner. After fixing the problem, I asked if this could have been the cause of the issue. One of them, in an unpleasant tone, responded, ?Are you doubting my work?? He even sarcastically suggested I use all the store?s chargers to test if he did his job correctly.
I am truly disappointed with the behavior of your staff and the lack of professionalism. I will never recommend this place to anyone, and I expect a response to this disrespectful treatment. It?s a shame for the manager and the company.

Simply the guys there don't know their stuff. Was offered no guidance when I bought my new iPad. I was advised to buy an iPencil that was incompatible with my iPad. When I had a problem with a clearly faulty cable, while paying for Apple+, they insinuated that I am trying to get "free stuff". They are not rude and I believe they mean good, but clearly they are inexperienced, lack selling skills and are unable to guide you into buying what fits your true needs.

We came into the istore after our sons phone was completely locked out by our youngest. Josh took care of us and what an star he was. We left it with him and upon our return he had worked some magic. The phone was reset and and working again. My husband had spent days on this so we were blown away. Top it all off no charge was made. No matter how hard we pushed he would not accept anything. The level of service we experienced was unparalleled. Istore we will be purchasing all our apple products through you forever more. If you are considering istore you simply have to they are OUTSTANDING.

I recently visited the store twice, as they had notified me to book an appointment and bring in my phone for a battery replacement. However my appointment was canceled last minute. Upon finally visiting the store, I was informed that they couldn't replace batteries above 80%, which contradicted the initial communication. This inconsistency in service, coupled with the inconvenience caused by the canceled appointment, reflects a lack of professionalism and organization!!!! Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by iStore Woking and would caution others to be wary of their reliability.

I took my laptop in for repair on Thursday and it was diagnosed, repaired and ready for collection within a week! I?m very pleased with their customer service and will use them in the future!

It was good in the store, however I said I didn?t want an online receipt as the purchase was a present for my wife. She now has seen this email about your dopey review and probably suspects I have bought her something. So thanks for nothing.Looks like I can?t do zero stars so you get one?..for absolutely nothing!It?s fair to say that the majority of reviews are from people who are less than pleased with what they have received, I am definitely in this group.If you do respond to this please wait until next year, thanks.Once again the shop experience was good.

Luke was helpful, polite and knowledgeable. He offered advice regarding a new device and transferred all the content from my old device to the new one. I had to make a follow up call once I got home and once again was given good advice.
