Lovely little hotel situated at the back of the pub. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were accommodating and on hand if needed. Highly recommend.

A must visit to this extremely friendly hotel . A very big thank you to Vanessa , who went out of her way to service 5 Australian people! Definitely should be given a huge wage increase or at least a substantial bonus. ????

From arrival to departure our experience was amazing. We were given a very warm welcome upon arrival and check in was a doddle! We found out that our room had been upgraded, which was a very welcomed surprise. The room was beautiful, spacious and immaculate throughout. We headed down for drinks and dinner, which were very reasonably priced. Our steaks were cooked to perfection; and to find out there was a happy hour too...made the Aperol spritz taste even better! The bar staff were very friendly, hospitable and their service was great. We had a lovely reception after returning from the local theatre later on, which was just a short walk away. We continued to enjoy the rest of our evening, picking up from where we left off.

Food and drinks: The menu was vast and the offers were endless. None of these were any good without the food being good but it was way better than good , it was great. Value was incredible

I am still expecting refund for lasagne and chicken tikka that was ordered at 7:40 and arrived at 9:10pm which meant that my 2 year old son stayed hungry. I asked the staff when it will be ready - was told in 20 minutes at 8pm and then kept asking every 15/20 minutes. This is by no means acceptable and we should have been told to seek alternative food elsewhere and not kept waiting! The sofa bed in room was impossible to sleep on as so uncomfortable and the bathroom was filthy - hair left in shower with dirty towels hanged up and dirty sink with no soap. TV is very basic with no channels for children.
