Fitting rooms were closed an hour before the store closed ? ridiculous. Staff argued with us when we asked why. Ended up buying two of the same item just to try them at home and return one. Total waste of time and money. Lazy and unhelpful.

Out of all the H&M stores I've been to...I believe this one is the worst. Set of tops that are on sale on the website, being separated and placed on the sales area and each of them having "a sale" price placed in a tag where the price is handwritten. Absolutely nonsense.

A small branch with very little variety. All they sell is slim fit clothes as if that's all people want. Some of us want regular fit as well!

Incompetent staff.4 tills, 2 broken, 2 staff working. 3rd member comes along signs onto broken till the complains till isn't working so brings another staff member over. Now 3 staff members talking about how the till isn't working infront of waiting customers. 1 guy working.I get served. Alarm goes off when I leave. I pull the item out of my bag. I find a security tag left on. I go back to the till and explain. Man removed tag then screws up jumper and hands it back to me saying 'sorry it's not folded'.I and the other shoppers just look in disbelief. By this point I've lost the will to live and hope the jumper fits, just so I don't have to return.Needs a shop floor manager to get people moving. Alot of time being wasted.
