Went in today wondering if it was possible to get back dated bank statements. Was greeted by a wonderful lady called jemma who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out with a positive result! Thanks jemma ,you are a star, and i promise to do onlinne banking (someday)!!

I mostly go in on the weekend and mostly get seen by the lovely saiqa. She is always smiling and happy to go out of her way to do what she can. You can tell she is passionate about what she does which is not what I can say about most people. I think I only tend to go in Saturdays because I know she only works on Saturdays and I like to deal with her regarding my finances. I hope she receives this feedback and is acknowledged.

If I could leave zero stars I would.
Stood in a Que of people who needed help. None of us could use machines and 3 members of staff stood and let us que. I was in the bank for 30 minutes to just pay a some cash in.
To make it worse the clerk miscounted by nearly £20.00

I was in Halifax Guildford and heard staff talking about being told to come into work even tho he was positive as that?s there company policy, It can?t be right when there?s so many people working and visiting them. Can it?

Rude staff, unable to empathise with a customer after TWO bereavements who's just trying to carry on the duty of executor of two wills and provide original copies of death certificates etcOn top of that, they can't even stay open until the end of normal banking hours of 3.30pm - disgusting.

Third time in a row today, I have received absolutely excellent and helpful customer service at this branch.Would highly recommend talking to staff here about your banking.The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that occasionally in the past they would close for lunchtime for an hour or so and this wouldn?t be reflected on the online information. Hopefully this was due to a staffing issue since resolved well with brilliant new staff.

This is my own personal experience at the Woking Branch.There is a lovely lady named Sarah who works there and she is always happy and very very helpful. Sarah makes my banking experience a pleasure, especially in this present climate. If all staff were like Sarah bank visits would be a happy experience all round.Thank you Sarah.

I've talked to several mortgage advisors and each one promised to call back, but none have. If mortages are too hard for you to organise, don't offer them!

Staff can be a little off putting, also found the mortgage advise to be a little hard selling. Overall an OK banking experience.
