I had a coffee at Greggs, l asked could they clean the table and staff refused. There were used cups, napkins, food debris and very sticky tablets, quite disgusting.

Called as the wrong order was delivered. Do understand the driver probably should have checked but when I called them the lady didn't seem to understand the problem. Everytime I said we have someone else order she didn't seem to realize the issue

Attended the store 2 hours before closing, next to nothing available to buy. Asked the staff to make a ham and cheese baugette and she said we are not making anymore, sorry. 2 hours before closing on a sunday. What a joke

I'm not happy I have had few issues with orders I have either had iterms missing or wrong iterms today I ordered two sausage rolls I got vegetarian ones you need to check what people are ordering the food is cold alot of the time I never get a full refund on the iterm either which is wrong

Basically, I had the porridge supposedly creamy. To be honest, I have tasted more cream in a bag of salt and vinegar crisps .
It was awful a complete waste of money, and it went in the bin..
I then bought a vegan roll as I was still hungry, and there was nothing much to choose from. That kinda helped curb my hunger till I got home.
The server was OK. I wouldn't say the best but deserve the OK. Maybe better friendly customer service would have helped..
Wheelchair accessibility: As it is inside the shopping mall, it is easy access for wheelchair or strollers.

The service is pretty terrible nowadays. There never seems to be a service with a smile and I've had multiple issues with the server Ely who never appears to want to be friendly or helpful. It's a shame as it was never always this way. The 'hot' food is never warm, let alone hot. It needs sorting as this isn't the first review to say similar things.

Came in ordered steak bakes went to sit down and eat they were stone cold, they refused to heat them up or gives us hot ones saying they need to get rid of them so they won't be giving us warm ones, ridiculous, to say they're hot food and it to be stone cold

Every time I go to greggs they never have the Mexican chicken baguette no matter what time of day it is and whenever I ask they?re not willing to make one. I went in at 1pm today and nothing, fridges empty and when I asked the woman just gave me a flat no.
