I just had my third delivery from FastHeal and I'm very happy with the service received. The most recent prescription was only provided by my GP this morning and I received the urgent medication in the afternoon. I know all medications won't come this quickly but really pleased with how it's going so far.

Amazing pharmacy- always quick turn around, delivery even late into the evening. Normally meds received within 24 hours of prescription- quickest was within 2 hours!When I was out and they tried to deliver, left me a card to call them and then meds came next day. Also super helpful with my grandparents medication and arranging deliveries through covid. Such helpful and friendly staff too when you get them on the phone or WhatsApp. I recommend to everyone esp those with elderly relatives.

Excellent service provided by Fastheal today. I'd been having problems getting a particular HRT tablet - had contacted 5 other pharmacies before ringing Fastheal. Called them this morning to see if they had any in stock. The chap I spoke to was brilliant, very friendly and helpful, said that they did have some and that if I emailed my prescription over he could register me on their system to dispense and deliver. Received my prescription this evening. I have had good experience with Fastheal in the past as they used to dispense my late mother in laws medication in blister packs, again always had good service from them.

Disappointing - I changed to them from Boots because they offer free delivery. I had one delivery which was fine but the second delivery had an item missing. The third never arrived. They don't answer the phone or answer emails. Impossible to get hold of - only option is to drive there. Not ideal for someone with epilepsy who doesn't drive! They operate out of what can only be described as a Garden Shed hidden behind a supermarket. Don't go there!!

I transferred to Fast Heal pharmacy as my Lloyds pharmacy was struggling and closed with no pharmacist. On the recommendation of my GP I started with fast heal. RUBBISH! will not answer the phone or return calls. Prescription not done. This is first time used and the last. An update from last month. 2 stars. Received my monthly prescription but my morphine patch was missing. Tried all afternoon to contact them without success. . So still not a good service.1

Nothing is wrong with this place, but just they do not do booster jab anymore. However, the NHS booking website still put their address there so when I arrived at the pharmacy, the staff gave me a piece of paper with the correct address. When I showered the booking details to them they informed me that you are no longer doing booster jab. I wish that the NHS website could make some changes by putting the correct address in the first place. Another lady in front of me was also directed to the correct address. Anyone who is going there to have a booster jab, please be aware that THEY ARE NO LONGER GOING BOOSTER JAB. Please choose another location when you make the booking. The CORRECT ADDRESS IS White Rose Ln, Woking GU22 7HA. NOT 138A Walton Rd, Woking GU21 5DU (fastheal pharmacy)

I?m afraid that the service is not good anymore. Promised deliveries don?t happen even if essential medication. Phone calls are not returned despite leaving messages for two days. What has gone wrong?
