Very good service from Poppy who I met just as she had closed.She advised me to order on line to get best rate which I did.She had my currency ready following morning and went to the trouble of changing notes to preferred denominations. All with a smile ? .

Sadly noone was there after waiting 15 minutes i continued to wait as i understand only one person could be here and they might be on a break etc however a worker who drops off the cash to the store (the G4S type of person) had tried 3 times during the day and he also said during those times noone was here.While i understand there could be a staff shortage but it is still a wasted journey into town when i thought someone would be here.AMENDED - 16/08Post the reply from the owner below, i was able to get my cash as soon as the next day and the lady was very helpful on the front and very knowledgeable.This was my mistake in that I did not wait for a confirmation email instead jumping the gun with "it will be ready to collect on ...." and not waiting as i should have!Rating readjusted! wait for your confirmation email and then go!

The lady that served me which was near closing, couldn?t do enough to help me was happy to explain everything on different currencies even adjusting so I got smaller denominations. Nothing was too much bother so if you want great customer service, I will go to see Nicola at Woking euro change.
