Can?t fault the welcoming gentleman on reception or the room itself, however we both had a terrible nights sleep due to the pillows being so flat :(

The management is an absolute joke. If anyone is expecting an "Hilton" experience please please save your money and time. So called Manager M. Kiss is and incredible bigot and racist, disrespectful to guests and staff.He deserve the sack for running the team is a such horrible way.

Double Tree by Hilton and Woking Gill Restaurant, Woking EnglandOur stay was from February 7th-15th, 2024. The Woking Grill Restaurant located inside the Double Tree Hotel offers an exceptional dining experience. The cuisine is high-quality and served in a stylish, relaxed, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. All the servers were extremely polite. Rashimita was mainly our hostess and server. She is very knowledgeable about each dish on the menu. Her suggestions were superb choices. As servers, Rashimita and Sam went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional dining experiences. The kindness of Rashimita, Sam, and the restaurant staff made our visit overwhelmingly nice, compensating for the lack of service and amenities of the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel and room. The Woking Grill Restaurant is highly recommendable unequivocally.The Double Tree Hotel front desk staff was friendly. However, it appears that bare minimum customer service was the standard. The sink in the bathroom was cloaked. After three requests and a day later, our cloaked sink issue was finally, somewhat resolved. The hotel regulates the air instead of guests having the option to set the temperature based on personal needs. Therefore, the room was consistently humid and hot. Adding to the temperature discomfort, the window in the room was difficult to open. The window made loud noises while trying to open and it would not open very wide, which limited the airflow.There is no refrigerator or complementary drinks or snack items in the room. Therefore, do not plan on having cold liquids or a place to store perishable items. Front desk staff are not consistently available when calling from the room for assistance. For approximately 20 minutes, I made calls to the front desk and was unsuccessful in having someone answer my calls. This can be a potential safety issue for guests in an emergency and attempting to call the front desk for assistance. By Google review standards, this hotel is rated as a 4-star. However, a 3-star would be more appropriate.Best regardsWalkability: A Shopping Mall, Restaurants, and the train station are all within walking distance.

This era was my chilling with DoubleTree by Hilton brand. My visit to DoubleTree by Hilton Woking was stress free, 5 minutes walk to City Centre, and was welcomed to with free room upgrade upon arrival.I am really glad to visit DoubleTree by Hilton Woking because of the following amazing staff;1. Dobrin - Asst Front Desk Mgr.2. Rashmita - Food & Breakfast.3. Natalia - Housekeeping.You all were amazingly astute dealing with me and having the right attitude while delivering your tasks. I really appreciate you all and hope Hilton Hotel management will appreciate y'all.Thank you ?.I will visit again whenever I visit Woking.

Reception told my girlfriend that parking was included in the stay as I asked about parking. 3 days ago I received a parking ticket.

Ignored every single email sent as was overcharged. Fraudulently took money out of account after they were paid in full. Spoken to several managers all of whom passed the buck. Absolute shambles. No customer service at all. No email of apology at all
