Rip off!
Ordered on the app for delivery. Paid.
App says it was delivered - but it hasn?t been. Tried to contact Domino in Knaphill by phone to find out what?s happened.
Phone rang and rang and eventually cut off. I?ve been phoning for over half an hours and have been cut off a dozen times so far.

Ordered 2 x large pizza both arrived late luke warm.
We had 2 or 3 slices from both and then binned them..........disgusting taste but was hungry now my belly is making bubbling noises.

Waited for hour for pizza to be delivered and when if arrived it was barely luke warm. Normally it arrives nice and hot.
Rang to complain I was told it was due to lack of drivers and being extra busy.
They said I would receive a refund. But this never happened.

Terrible meal and service. Food arrived cold and all pizza bases were soggy. We called the store to fix the problem only then to be asked to hold the line by a member of staff. We waited 5 mins with no answer and the line went dead. Tried to call back but just rang out. Tread cautiously if ordering from here.

Typical Dominos atmosphere and decor. It?s takeaway. But the service and friendly staff - bar none. Super nice folks at this branch.

I ordered a Vegi Supreme that was delivered to me at 12:00 mid day on the (3/11/24). It was runny and watery :-(
I phoned Knaphill Domino?s but knowbody was answering the phone.

Order 588002324, included in our order, we ordered 1xBBQ Big Dip & 1xGarlic & Herb Big Dip but neither arrived with our order. I have filled out feedback form but no response or refund received as yet.

This is by far the cleanest Dominos I have ever seen in my life. The staff was nice and the pizza was great.
Parking: Not the greatest parking but that is to be expected in England.
