Ordered a pizza deal with Dominos Woking. Received a call from the delivery driver saying he was outside. Our communal door is in view of our balcony and we confirmed he wasn?t but happy to direct him as we suspected he went to the wrong building on another street. He demanded we go to him and he refused to come to our building. We advised we were not happy to walk five minutes in the rain after paying delivery. He continued to demand we go to him and he became very aggressive. I tried to reason and continue to direct but once i put my foot down and refused to go to him, he hung up. I called the store who made excuses and said he only spoke a little English and was loud, not acknowledging he was demanding we go to him. I presume the store called him as he eventually found our address and once we opened the two pizzas, they were both damaged. Either an unlucky coincidence or the delivery driver sabotaged the pizza.

Ordered a large 2 toppings at 13.00 and after half an hour the pizza wasn?t even ready for takeout? what is going on with this place???

Don?t know how this place hasn?t been shut down with the amount of times we receive raw pizza. Gone downhill majorly. We used to use dominos a lot and rarely do anymore because it?s a waste of money now. Bit into my pizza today and it was raw and doughy still, the cheese hadn?t even melted properly on top which again shows it wasn?t cooked for long enough. Received a half eaten chicken tender as well ?

I been customer long time, but this time it?s unbelievable the behaviour of the guy answer to the phone. He said ? I don?t get paid to listen your complain?, he will not listen complains if his doing the job properly. I receive my pizza at 23:33 and he still told me that I receive at 23:20.
Pizza cold, smaller and dry like stone I even took a video.
I think person like him need to get fired
I will never order again from this pizza dominos

Me and the family ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas last night . They were practically raw and tasted like raw dough the salami was cold and was half cooked . When I called them back they asked me send an email which took about 40 mins for them to review they eventually agreed to send me another pizza . By 9pm the pizza the delivered was evens worst . I didn't call them back . The delivery guy checked the pizza and as there was a missing slice they gave me a funny look and started talking in another language and finally agreed to give me the other raw uncooked pizza .
I will never eat at dominos again after this .

Giving 5 stars purely for the customer service from Janaid.
I am a passionately unloyal and ever changing customer in the on-going arms race of Pizza Distribution in Woking.
However, Janaid has swung me towards Dominoes for the time being, and due to his customer service I have frequented on back to back weeks. And will do again soon.
Very accommodating, and rustled up a late and barnstorming Pizza just as it was closing the other week (and when other outlets refused my business).
Generosity on the dips is also very much appreciated. £12 collection for a Large 4 topping Pizza is a steal atm.

The prices have gone up and the pizza are just ridiculously small now even the large ones don't fill the boxes (see picture for the "large" pizza this is just insulting). Not worth it.

Awful!! Spent over 20 minutes walking around the area trying to find the delivery driver. Food never arrived. Store tried to say they will only refund 50%!!!! Finally said they will refund and it?s going to take at least a week. Disgusting.

No seating inside while waiting for your order to be made. I'm disabled I went and sat in my car, I asked when I did order if they could bring the order to my car when ready and they did. Person in car next to me was upset as he was told when he put in his order was told to come back in 10 mins. There is enough room for a bench in the shop for customers to sit and wait. It would not cost much to put a bench in. It would also make customers happy.Parking: Limited parking, but coz it's near train station the parking is used by people waiting to collect people off the train. Limit to 20 mins or pay a fine. Also no disabled parking. I just managed to squeeze out of my car only to have someone in a big car park next to me, while she was getting out she slammed her car door against my car. She didn't see me sitting on my car waiting for my pizza, so she just walked out. I had to get out and check the dent she put in my car.parking spaces aren't marked very well.i was between the lines, but her big car was over the lines. Could do with disabled bay.
